Trae Young and adidas are looking towards the future. The Atlanta Hawks point guard and the brand with the Three Stripes made a huge announcement ahead of the 2020-2021 season. Young is officially getting his own signature shoe that will also include an apparel line.
Young broke the news live on ESPN’s The Jump on December 9. No official details are known, but the line is set to arrive in the fall of 2021.
The news adds to the brand’s identity of giving signature shoes to high-profile point guards with Derrick Rose, Damian Lillard, James Harden, Donovan Mitchell, and now Young.
