First seen on Tracy McGrady during the 2002 All-Star Game, the adidas T-Mac 1 “All-Star” is set to make a comeback in 2022. This grand return marks the 20th anniversary of the basketball sneaker.
The adidas T-Mac 1 has an all-over metallic silver upper with black accents, including the signature rubber toecap. A new detail featured on this model is the embroidered “20” emblem on the lateral heel counter. Formerly, this detail used to have a small “1,” that has been replaced to honor the sneaker’s 20th anniversary. Finishing details include Philadelphia’s Liberty Bell and “2002” embroidered on the heels.
