Earlier this month, adidas dropped a Stan Smith featuring a triple-stacked tongue. Now, the footwear giant is releasing the adidas Superstar with the same design motif. Hopefully, the Three Stripe Brand has more classic silhouettes dropping this year with the same design elements.
The silhouette is dressed in an all-black base with hints of gold adidas branding on the lateral side. Other details include white Three Stripes on the sides and a signature white shell toe. Along with its traditional build, the offering features a unique triple-layered tongue. For the finishing touches, the iteration rests atop a white sole.
However, release details are limited but, expect the adidas Superstar “Triple Tongue” to release at adidas and select retailers for $85.
