Largely unchanged since making its debut over 40 years ago, creative colorways are both desired and welcome when it comes to the adidas Superstar. Case in point, the otherwise stark-white adidas Superstar II splashed with hits of turquoise and orange. Pushed to the forefront, adidas went with a slightly fluorescent orange over the top of the shoe, on the laces and on the first and third stripes of the side panel branding. Bringing up the rear and to tone down the punch of it’s complimentary color, turquoise is seen on the tongue and heel tab, and also as a change of pace in the striping.
