With the highly-anticipated second season of Disney+’s The Mandalorian set to debut this Friday, October 30, German sportswear giant adidas and beloved sci-fi franchise Star Wars are readying an epic nine-piece sneaker range.
The forthcoming The Mandalorian x adidas Originals collection is comprised of some of the Three Stripes’ most popular silhouettes, each referring to the series’ biggest characters such as The Mandalorian himself, along with the Internet-breaking The Child aka Baby Yoda. The range includes five unisex models, two women’s models, two youth models, and a children’s pair.
Along with spotlighting bounder hunter, Mando, and Baby Yoda, there are several call-outs to memorable moments from the first season. The ZX 2K Boost Mudhorn spotlights that infamous showdown between Mando and the Mudhorn, while the Gazelle Darksaber recalls the season’s final scene, which reveals Moff Gideon as the holder of the Darksaber.
Look for The Mandalorian x adidas Originals collection to land at select retailers and adidas.com on November 4. Pricing ranges from $60 for the Children’s Top Ten to $150 for the ZX 2K BOOST Mudhorn.
