adidas Running has announced its latest community-centered collection with its all-new racing kits for New York and Los Angeles.
In addition to repping their city through the kits whether at marathons or holiday-themed 5Ks, the sales from the drop support both adidas Running (aR) Chapters, who will use the additional funding for community programming and activations to further expand the reach of the adidas Runners community.

Having a custom kit is a time-honored race tradition in the running community, so we created this season’s Racing Kits for adidas Runners New York City and Los Angeles to honor our athletes’ commitment to training with us throughout the year – and to prepare them to go for their goals and look fly on race day.”

The collection includes men’s and women’s mesh singles as well as compression tights. Each coast will have its own colorway with red for NYC and blue for LA.
I wanted the race apparel to go beyond just performance; I wanted it to unite our running community.
When nerves kick in during races, the thought of running alone can be overwhelming. That’s why I designed these race kits to bring us closer together.

The kits are available now through July 29, 2023, for pick-up in September. The aR New York merchandise will only be available in New York City and aR Los Angeles merchandise will only be available in Los Angeles. There will be no shipping nor on-site option for purchases.
Runners must show proof of order at one of the adidas Runners Community Runs in New York City or Los Angeles for their respective aR community merchandise in September 2023. Pick-up dates will be announced via newsletters for each city, and shoppers will receive an email notification.
