Sneakers are always a fixture on the runway during Paris Fashion Week. With adidas present at the festivities this year, though, their focus was to debut the future of their ever evolving Tubular Runner. Showcasing the forthcoming Spring/Summer 2016 collection, we see the transitional silhouette continue to grow and take on new, progressive forms.
Inspired by 90’s running technology with futuristic design and material usage, the Tubular presentation chronicles a look based in a modern contemporary foundation. The Nova, Doom, X and Defiant were the budding styles unveiled for next season, with each taking on their own unique identify while deeply rooted within one core principle – urban sportswear.
Created by the adidas design team directed by Nic Galway, this radical new stance vocalizes a completely new tone for adidas – one that everyone is excited to see expand. Give the adidas Tubular Spring/Summer 2016 Paris Fashion Week presentation below.
