From deep dish pizza to the Bulls, Chicago is the home for a variety of different cultural landmarks. And now the city will also be known for having the largest adidas Originals store in the entire world.
Opening on Thursday, the adidas Originals flagship store is located in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood and was created with a focus on the community as art from local artists decorate the space. A community wall that highlights local cultural events like shows and even product releases is also a prominent part of the store.
“We’re continuously inspired by Chicago, and the store enables us to celebrate the pioneering culture and creativity the city has to offer,” said Pascha Naderi-Nejad, Senior Brand Director, adidas Originals in a release. “We are excited to be based in Wicker Park and look forward to building new relationships in the neighborhood.”
