Two adidas sponsored schools are set to face off in a yearly tilt dubbed the ?Unrivaled Game?. adidas brings University of Nebraska?s black shirt tradition to its brand new helmets in the first annual ?Unrivaled Game? September 29 game vs. University of Wisconsin hailed as ?The Quick and the Red?. The Cornhusker players will be fully clad in red with the trademark Nebraska ?N? in black block font replacing where player numbers would normally be on the chest, and instead placing players? numbers in the same font on the upper lapel above their hearts. Bold black stripes running down the shoulders and onto the pants provide stark contrast. Nebraska players will wear adiZero Smoke gloves featuring the time-honored block ?N?, and the aggressive red and black look is completed by reflective black adiZero cleats with red a red-plated bottom.
