The 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand is right around the corner. Ahead of the highly anticiapted torunament, adidas has unveiled its Federation kits for the WWC.
Inspired by nature, the kits celebrate the breathtaking scenery and diverse natural landscape of each country, including the vast green woodlands of Germany, the sprawling glacial rivers of Sweden, and the ever-changing colors of the Caño Cristales River in Colombia.
The FIFA Women’s World Cup is the absolute pinnacle of the sport – capturing the imaginations of both current and new fans across the globe. As with every major competiton, we know the designs will become etched into the football’s history books.
With the tournament being held in Australia and New Zealand – two countries with iconic landscapes – we wanted to create a common theme throughout our kits, in celebration of the natrual environments that can be found around the world.
