Adidas today has introduced its newest franchise model, the Deerupt. Inspired by urban planning, architecture and natural phenomena, the budding silhouette is meant to express disruption by way of simplicity.
With a netted grid as its central theme both throughout the upper and midsole, the adidas Deerupt pulls inspiration from the ’80s centric New York runner and Marathon trainer, respectively. Stretched to envelope the entire shoe, the aesthetic is warped to exaggerated proportions while pops of color amplify the look further.
Take a first look at the adidas Deerupt. The shoe is set to debut in retailers on March 22 for $100 at adidas.com.
