Following the silhouette’s debut last April, Donovan Mitchell’s latest adidas D.O.N. Issue #4 has been surfacing in a whole slew of colorway options. Joining the line-up is this “Gambling State” option.

Paying homage to the time when Mitchell attended Louisville University and sported an “HBCU PRIDE” letterman jacket, this forthcoming adidas D.O.N. Issue #4 will boast Grambling State’s official color scheme.

The adidas D.O.N. Issue #4 “Grambling State” will be worn by both men’s and women’s teams of the school as part of its 3-Stripes program. The pair sports a digitized aesthetic comprising black, gold, and white accents up front, while the rear opts for a crisp white heel counter. Further paying homage to the school, the pair features the Grambling State logo on one of the tongues as well as a tiger mascot on the tongue’s medial side. Lastly, Mitchell’s insignia is spotlighted on the other tongue, while down below the Lightstrike midsole rounds out the final design cues.

So far no release details have been shared for the adidas D.O.N. Issue #4 “Grambling State”, but keep it locked to our Sneaker Release Dates Calendar for updates. The pair is expected to land via adidas.com and select retailers.
