adidas Confirmed App Adds Additional Security Measures to Combat Bots

Whether they affect every individual trying to purchase a pair of sneakers, bots are still a culture wide issue for the kicks community at large. Adidas today does its part in the fight against bots by updating the Confirmed app with additional security measures.

To level the playing field, and make odds as even as they possibly can be, adidas has implemented a question feature that asks nine questions in total before potential purchasers can move on to the reservation process. This new feature doesn’t look to be exclusive to just Yeezy releases either. All Confirmed app drops will now feature this questioning process which is great considering, you know, it’s a screening process only an actual human can pass.

The Confirmed app update will be in effect for the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Zebra” restock on June 24.
