adidas and CLICKS founder Shake James are honoring the spirit of Milwaukee with a meaningful release timed to the city’s most celebrated date. The Forum Low CL “414 Day” Pack is more than just a sneaker drop. It’s a tribute to the dreamers, hustlers, artists, and families that define Milwaukee’s heartbeat.
Built to reflect the city’s resilience and vibrant culture, the pack includes two distinct colorways. The blue pair pulls inspiration from Lake Michigan and Milwaukee’s new flag, while the off-white version pays homage to the city’s original flag. Both designs feature wave graphics on the tongue and playful cheese decals, subtle nods to Milwaukee’s waterfront and culinary heritage.
The Celebration
adidas, CLICKS, and the adidas Cornerstone Community are bringing the release to life with a series of events centered around creativity and community. On April 11, 140 students from Milwaukee College Prep – Lloyd Street Campus will participate in a sneaker design workshop with Wood U, offering hands-on experience in self-expression and storytelling through footwear.
The celebration continues on April 12, officially recognized as JAY Academy Day by Milwaukee’s mayor. The CLICKS flagship shop will host the official launch of the Forum Low CL pack. Attendees will enjoy live sneaker customization, complimentary food, a live radio broadcast from 101.7 FM, and a meet-and-greet with renowned designer Alexander John.
That evening, NO Studios will host a Friends & Family event filled with surprise performances and a gathering of local creatives and changemakers. On 414 Day, Shake will join the mayor for the annual flag ceremony and a live press conference to reflect on the significance of the release and his continued work through JAY Academy.
A Tribute to the City That Raised Him
“414 Day is about celebrating the heart and soul of Milwaukee—the creators who push boundaries, the entrepreneurs who never stop hustling, and the families that keep the city grounded,” said Shake James. “With this collaboration, we’re honoring the collective energy that drives the city forward, and I’m proud to be part of something that connects the community through culture, creativity, and kicks.”
The Forum Low CL “414 Day” Pack releases April 12 at clickskicks.net and in-store at CLICKS. Only 800 pairs of the blue and 200 pairs of the off-white will be available, priced at $134.14. Each pair comes with a 414 Day sticker, a collectible mic keychain (completing the five-part series), and an exclusive tee—cream for the blue pair and black for the off-white. For those who have been following along since the beginning, this final release completes the story.
