Artist: Run DMC

Released on the classic Raising Hell album and produced by Rick Rubin, “My adidas” saw figurative and literal commercial success, landing Run DMC an adidas ad spot after landing at top ten spot on the charts. Being laced, or rather, unlaced, was enough for the Hollis trio to get official endorsement from the Three Stripes back in the ’80s and all the way up to today.
