Converse is tapping into one of anime’s most influential franchises with a new Dragon Ball Z collection that brings the energy of the series to the timeless Chuck Taylor. Rather than focusing on a single hero, the collaboration spans some of the anime’s most recognizable characters, transforming classic Converse silhouettes into wearable tributes for longtime fans while introducing a new generation to one of pop culture’s most enduring stories.
Leading the collection are character-inspired Chuck Taylor All Stars honoring Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu, and Fusion, each borrowing signature colors and design cues from their on-screen counterparts. A premium Chuck 70 dedicated to Shenron rounds out the lineup with elevated details inspired by the legendary Eternal Dragon. Beyond the footwear, Converse also expands the collaboration with Converse By You, allowing fans to customize their own Chuck Taylors using exclusive Dragon Ball Z graphics, artwork, and character-inspired elements for a more personalized take on the collection.
The Dragon Ball Z x Converse Collection releases in North America and Greater China on July 23, 2026 and a global release will be available on August 11, 2026, via Converse.com and select retailers. Alongside the footwear, the collaboration also includes apparel and accessories, giving anime fans plenty of ways to celebrate one of the most iconic series of all time.
