Kevin Durant’s love for hip-hop is well known, even getting on the mic himself under the moniker Sniper Jones. That love is extending to his signature sneaker, the Nike KD 15, and is getting in the studio with producer extraordinaire Cardo Got Wings for his take on the upcoming sneaker.
The sneaker features a grey mesh upper featuring a spotted pattern with the medial and lateral TPU wings seen in a mismatched look in glow-in-the-dark green, orange, and grey on the medial side. The Swoosh appears in canyon gold and glow in the dark green respectively with KD’s logo stitched on the left tongue and Cardo’s signature on the right. EA$Y is stitched on the pulltabs on the heel with the blue midsole featuring a full-length Zoom strobel setup that has an iridescent shank plate. Lastly, a glow-in-the-dark outsole finishes off the sneaker.
The Cardo Got Wings x Nike KD 15 is set to drop on September 8th via Nike and at select retailers for $160. Releasing alongside the Cardo pair, Durant takes his talents to the studio with the upcoming Boi-1da x Nike KD 15 collab.
