Along with upcoming collaborations with Salehe Bembury and Action Bronson, New Balance has also tapped rising Parisian collective 99Ginger for a friends-and-family-only 1906R.
The 99Ginger x New Balance 1906R F&F sees the retro runner reworked with a sleek and luxurious faux crocodile construction done up in green. Nods to the 1906R’s standard construction are there along with stitched detailing where the silhouette’s panels usually fall. Rounding out the final details are the glossy black toe caps and heel cages, as well as the black tongues, midsoles, and rubber outsoles.
