Known to dominate large markets, Nike shows love to the locals of the Inland Empire on their first collab with 1LoveIE.
Founded by sneakerhead Justin Hudson, 1LoveIE has been showing love to the Inland Empire for more than a minute, putting the pocket of SoCal on the map when it comes to kicks and clothes.
This official pairing with the Swoosh only solidifies the hard work.
“Nike is a company known for its excellence within sportswear and all-around fashion,” says Hudson. “For them to do a shoe honoring the I.E., it’s really proof that this area can penetrate those spaces and conversations that are typically associated with cities like LA or New York.”
“What we’re saying is, ‘No, we can do this too and it’s going to work.’”
Starting Saturday, March 2 at 1LoveIE’s grand opening of their Galleria at Tyler store, the shoe made in limited numbers will be raffled off. Fans will have a chance to win a pair both in person and through social media.
