Yet another classic and simple silhouette in Vans' fleet of sneakers, the 106 first debuted with a molded sole before receiving a vulcanized sole (Seen Above. See: Vans 106 Vulc). The upper is usually constructed with canvas but has also arrived in leather, suede and other variations. For Spring 2011, Taka Hayashi created a moccasin toed version under the Vans Vault label.
