Team Supreme stays clean by virtue of re-imagining the Nike Air Foamposite One, spotted a few months ago, and the set now has an official release date. As expected, a Thursday was chosen as the drop day for the gold-accented black and red duo, coinciding with a matching apparel set. Needing no further explanation, check out the fully-loaded photos below, and mark your calendar for April 3, when the Supreme x Nike Air Foamposite One is set to release in-store (New York, Los Angeles & London) and online for $250. For those of you within the city limits of Tokyo, Nagoya or Osaka, the Supreme stores there will have the Foamposites on Saturday, April 5.
Nike Air Foamposite
Nike Foamposite technology consists of using a synthetic molded upper. The Nike Air Foamposite One, Nike Total Air Foamposite Max, Nike Air Foamposite Pro, and Nike Air 1/2 Cent use Nike Foamposite technology along with many other shoes. The Nike Air Foamposite One was the first shoe to use Nike Foamposite technology that later spawned a lighter weight evolution call Nike Flightposite.
The Foamposites were the most expensive Nike basketball shoes when they debuted in 1997 with a price tag of $180.
