Nike Air Flight Lite High “Pure Purple”
 Scottie Pippen put in many years for the Nike Flight team, but one of the most memorable pairs of shoes he wore not bearing his name was the Nike Air Flight Lite. Pip wore these kicks in the 1990-91 season en route to his first of six NBA Championship rings.
Just a few weeks ago his first signature, Nike Air Pippen, came back for the first time, but so too this fall will be the first return of the Nike Air Flight Lite High. Scottie preferred the lows, but early 90’s heads can appreciate many things about the higher top model. Though purple has been making a big comeback on sneakers, make no mistake, the Black/Black-Purple Purple colorway is original. Vintage collectors have long been a fan of the unique and eye catching colorways that the Air Flight Lite was assembled in. Some sources have reported these to be an October/November release, but our calendars have these slated for December (though we won’t complain if they come early). These will come to store with a sticker price of $110. |

Huge fan of this colorway, but with the other colors coming out (white/neon particularly) and the 11/12 CDP in December…I might pass on these for the time being.

I love that these have a clear bottom I’m sure they will be comfortable but I have to wait until the closer to the release date and see if I will cop these.
