There’s little doubt that the Curry 4 is Under Armour’s most desired sneaker to date. After hitting a bit of a rough patch that began in 2016 and carried through the earlier parts of 2017, Steph Curry’s fourth signature shoe is shaping up to be the release that Under Armour needed it to be – their very best design in the brand’s young history.
Following the coveted “More Rings” Pack and the White/Black pair that went up for pre-order in October, a Warriors centric “Away” colorway has surfaced highlighting the team’s palette when playing outside of Oracle.
It’s essentially the “Dub Nation” theme that we’ve seen many times before. A royal blue shade covers much of the mid-top style followed by a gradient fade to navy at the toe and throughout the midsole. A yellow leather tab hangs on the medial siding of the sock-like ankle collar while the shoe is finished with light blue SC branding and matching outsole construction.
