Kendrick Lamar’s favorite sneakers are reworked to create the Nike Cortez NM QS “OG”. This new rendition of the Nike Cortez takes the classic leather upper and places it on top of a slitted midsole. Although the midsole is remixed with a more athletic design, many elements of the Cortez NM keep this colorway “OG.” The iconic ruffled outsole is still intact, as is the stripe up the side. Nothing keeps it more original than the white, red and royal blue color combination that the Cortez is most notable in. New features on the model include the slits in the midsole, and reflective detailing on the tongue and toe stop.
