You can always count on Nike to redesign classics using their extensive roster of silhouettes. For the Nike Air Max TW, the Swoosh creates a new sneaker using the Air Max Plus and Air Max Tailwind as the design donors for this modern offshoot.
While past Air Max designs have always incorporated curvature within their structure, the Nike Air Max TW decides to go for the inverse with sharp linework. Yet the sneaker still makes room for the wavy details of the past with soft Red lines that nod to previous models. Around the White mesh quarters, the sneaker features Taupe leather overlays for added color. The tongue is made with thick White mesh and features Air Max TW branding on the tongue tab. Elsewhere, the sneaker has a Red Swoosh on the forefoot to match the rest of the sneaker’s Red accents. The extended midsole features two large transparent Air bubbles and is complete with a Black outsole.
