Like his Air Jordan 14 Low PE, Boston Celtics All-Star Jayson Tatum is getting an Air Jordan 36 PE that takes inspiration from his 1966 Ford Mustang and is going to be available to the public later this month.

The sneaker takes inspiration from Tatum’s 1966 Ford Mustang with a black Lenoweave upper and black patent leather overlays and Fuse rands around high wear areas with chrome piping around the ankle and laces. The Mustang-inspired chrome emblem seen on the steering wheel and rear of the car is seen on the tongue pouch with a tri-colored racing stripe seen on the rear pulltab. Deuce is stitched behind the tongue in red, in tribute to his son with his name seen on the insoles as well. The Air Jordan 36 uses a Zoom strobel setup with a silver shank plate and a grey translucent outsole to finish off the sneaker.

The Jayson Tatum x Air Jordan 36 “Mustang” PE is scheduled to drop on September 9th via Nike.com and at select retailers for $200. Check out the official photos below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
