The New Balance 997 is an all-time favorite for sneakerheads everywhere. The shoe encompasses high quality suede and leather materials while still staying true to the New Balance identity of comfort and functionality. The New Balance 997S is a more modern look that derives from the same principles as the regular 997.

DTLR is dropping a mythical pack this week as the DTLR x New Balance “Greek Gods” is inspired by Perseus and Medusa. Perseus, half-mortal and half-god, slayed the serpent headed Medusa who could turn any one into stone if they laid eyes on her. Although no serpents or swords are involved with this drop, the pair is definitely fresh.

Aside from the luxurious suede, an iridescent hit is adopted on the tongue and collar of the pairs for an artistic look that will leave you speechless.

Take a closer look at the pairs below. Be sure to grab yours over at DTLR.com on April 17, 2020. In other New Balance news, take a look at the atmos x New Balance 850 set to release this week.
