While official photos and a release date still allude the ultra-anticipated Kanye West x adidas collaboration, we now know how fans will have a chance to get it.
Today, The Three Stripes launched the adidas Confirmed App. Aiming to create a safer, smoother, more efficient manner to secure and purchase the most coveted and hyped up of product, shoppers will receive push notifications on can’t miss releases and have the ability to reserve a pair in their size in their area based on geo-targeting zones.
Not only is the app designed to be safer and more efficient than the standard release systems, it’s also meant to fight bots. The app will allow users to reserve shoes at local adidas stores and also at select wholesalers. To download the adidas Confirmed App, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play.
*NOTE* As disclosed in the Apple Store info and discussed in the comment section, the initial app availability will be exclusive to New York City with a presumed focus on All-Star Weekend. With that said, we definitely expect this app to expand to more markets in the future.
