Perhaps the most memorable and best use of a zipper on a sneaker was the Zoom Flight 98. Affectionately known as “The Glove”, the snug fit was in line with its endorser and smoother than most. The shoe spawned a beloved takedown, the Son of Glove, with the latter still begging for a retro.
