When the Nike LeBrons was first released from Nike Basketball, no one expected it to catch the stride it is on right now. After the retirement of Michael Jordan it was hard to imagine another signature sneakerline becoming as influential in pop culture or the sneaker community. At the beginning, the Nike LeBrons were geared more to a performance shoe than a flashy shoe. Then going from the Nike Zoom sole to the Air Max Bubble in the Air Max LeBron 7 some of the colorways became more “Flashy” while keeping their performance integrity.
