Nike Air 1/2 Cent (Half Cent) Penny
 Ever wonder what would a shoe look like if you got all the Penny Hardaway shoes and made them into one shoe? Me neither, but Nike did and created another fusion/remix shoe that takes elements from all the Penny shoes we have grown to love.
This is the Nike Air Half-Cent and pictures have leaked online now and people are really taking a good hard look at this crazy looking shoe. Get ready for more remixes to come out from Nike in the future featuring more Iconic shoes from the 90’s. Thanks to our peeps at TheShoeGame for the preview of the Nike Air 1/2 cent. nike needs to stop with all these hybrids and just bring back the og colors of the sneaks that everybody is fiending for. this is worse than the foamposite/ boots they did.bring it back to the essence

i would honestly cop these joints..they dont look too shaby name is corny n price tag is off the reservation tho i think a even 150 wud b more suitable for the masses…they kinda like the spizike n im feelin those so i like these too..i wonder wat all the barkleys would look like..that would b interesting to see tho

I’m a Penny fan and I will cop all the retro’s they release and deadstock a few but this is just not worth copping. I’m not a fusion guy, I’m not a remix guy, I’m not a “team” shoe guy…

Wow Nike is killing this fusion type concept this year. The sneaker itself definitely has potential but I need to see it in person before I rush to judgment. There are lots of aspects I like about this shoe though, the colorway, clear bottom sole, the crackle in the Nike check, the Penny logo and of course the air bubble in the back with the blue stripped details. I think they used a little too much Orlando blue trying to make it like the foamposite and could have flipped it a little and added maybe black or another color within the grooves but that is just me. Also $190 is a bit much but by March 2009 I might feel differently about the price.

PR CHewwin I think you are missing the point about the $190 complaints it’s not the actual cost but it’s more people feeling if this actual shoe is worth $190. Also, just because you spend $190 on kicks doesn’t make you a true sneaker head. I prefer value over price any day of the week. To each is own.

Too much use of the clear sole, now. Ridiculous when you condsider that eventually the clear soles turn fugly, redering quality shoes fugly.

Why doesnt Nike really step their game up, come out with a crazy hybrid fushion of the Air Jordan, Penny, Barkley, Rodman and who ever the F else wore Nike’s that sold in the 90’s…could even call them the Air Step your game up…for $753.34. Hmm lets remember this one and count the days till they hit outlets! $190 is too much for that shoe. I’d like to see the actual cost of the shoe to see if Nike is justifying the cost to make profit. I HEART NIKE but sometimes I DON’T HEART the markups on the prices.

actually people, i work at a pretty famous “boutique” and the RETAIL of the foams is only 180. yeah this shoe is 190 but it has the Foam technology, the bubbles, the 3M, and all that. the price is justifiable. if you don’t want to pay for it, DON’T. its that simple, but you would pay 250 for a pair of jordans with less stuff just because its a limited release? smh. Penny has always had the best nikes in my opinion and i’ll be copping these regardless. and i bet most of you complaining about the price will cop them as well….

LOL @ the cheap asses of NiceKicks (when it comes to these) yet many claim to be getting the Nike Air Yeezy, when they drop… and that’s not even a GR!
$190 = “too much?” …Okay! LMAO!
Anyway, these are pretty sick. Like biggrizzly said, these shoes have A LOT of the Nike technology incorporated into them from EVERY Penny sneaker and could/SHOULD EASILY be more than $190, yet a lot of you in here, I’m pretty sure, have broken your necks for a CDP release ($310 - $331+ w/tax), but these are “too high” and blah blah blah.
I’m ready for the next photo drops. Definitely keep us posted with these.

Any sneaker head with a eye for a good sneaker can see that these sneakers are HOT! I think nike has done a great job in bring out fusions,spi’kes,hybred,and retros.
