Nike Air Force 1 Closing Ceremony
The Olympics wrapped up over the weekend, with a special edition of Air Force Ones properly dubbed the “Closing Ceremony.” The entire upper of the shoe is covered in metallic gold leather with ornate lasering on alternating panels. The shoes come in a special commemorative wooden box and black dust bag for safe keeping.
These came as a surprise release and not much of a shocker, have been snatched up by resellers and collectors. Currently Kix-Files has a few left, but it wont be long before we can find them on eBay. |
LaDainian Tomlinson x Kimbo Slice Workout
Just a few days ago we gave you a look at the LaDainian Tomlinson 1World Air Force Ones, but don’t mistake the crocodile upper and light blue for this football player turning soft. Nike has been getting down with guerrilla marketing lately and has a new one featuring backyard brawler turned MMA fighter Kimbo Slice doing showing LT a backyard workout routine.

Last year a back to school pack was released with the Dunk hi being made in note book pattern. This year Nike came back with something similiar with the pack. Nike has been releasing some pretty dope kicks for the Olympic games.This is the Nike Air Force 1 “Closing Ceremonies” which will be a salute to the end of the Olympic games. Nike Sportswear Lux Air Force Ones

Nike Sportswear unveiled the return of the Italian made Lux Air Force Ones last night at the Mercer St Grand Opening event. These Air Force Ones are anything like the $85 ones any average Joe can grab at their local spot. The Lux Air Force Ones are handmade in Italy of genuine crocodile skin and the highest grade of leather.
With the luxury look comes a luxury price. The shoes will set one back $2,000 and will be delivered 4-6 weeks after ordered. Each shoe is made to order and custom fitted in the Nike Sportswear store. Check out all of the Lux Air Force Ones after the jump.
