The quality of retro Air Jordans has long been a topic with truth no matter the perspective. However, though, when Jordan Brand activated the Retro Remaster intuitive, many of those concerns were put to rest.
It seems as if quality with the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High Black/Red releasing this summer won’t be an issue at all, as new images of the shoe show the implementation of premium tumbled leather.
Similar to the “Shattered Backboards,” which were praised for their used of tumbled leather, this pair sees the texture at the toe and branding. The all-over look that made the Backboards so great doesn’t seem to be seen here, though.
