In 2016, as with years prior, Nike has hinged upon blending technologies to help birth new ideas. Here, they merge the Zoom Spiridon and the Zoom Seismic to evoke a fashion-forward model prime to travel the path that sneakers are trending.
Looking at the newly constructed Nike Zoom Spirimic from the bottom up, the Zoom Spiridon midsole tooling is ever present as a stabilizer. From there, inspiration from the Zoom Seismic is clear throughout the upper, while nubuck and mesh fabrication help modernize this nuanced approach to two late 90’s and early 2000’s runners.
