Game 1 of the NBA Finals is in the books. The storyline will highlight the air conditioning going out in San Antonio, causing 90° temperatures in the arena and cramps that would eventually send LeBron James to the bench. Extreme conditions could’ve kept this game from being a classic, but it didn’t appear anything could keep the Spurs from taking the series opener.

In the fourth quarter, San Antonio got hot, literally and figuratively, with the usual suspects and textbook ball movement turning a tight game into a 15-point win. Tim Duncan and Tony Parker led the Spurs in scoring, but Manu Ginobili was the team’s Kicks On Court MVP. After playing much of the season in a customized pair of the “Graffiti” LeBron 11s, Manu stuck to the script against the stars, lacing up a pair of Nike LeBron 11 iDs. An-all silver upper proved in line with the team’s tones, while a gold Swoosh focused on The Finals. By the end of the night, Ginobili recorded a double-double off the bench in the special edition sneakers.

Manu wasn’t the only big name in big kicks. The hot shooting Danny Green continued to pay tribute to Gary Payton, LeBron led all scorers in a PE pair of Soldiers and Dwyane Wade looked like vintage Flash in new Li-Nings. See who wore what in Game 1 in the photos below.
