The adidas Yeezy line is bringing back a Yeezy Season 1 classic.
The adidas Yeezy 950 boot is releasing in 2023, according to Yeezy Influence. The duck boot/military boot-like creation from Ye debuted in October 2015, at the beginning of the adidas and Yeezy partnership.
It’s unclear which colorway of the adidas Yeezy 950 will make a return in the upcoming year. The original run included “Peyote,” “Chocolate,” “Moonrock,” and “Pirate Black” in men’s and “Pirate Black,” “Turtle Dove,” and “Moonrock” for women’s.
The adidas Yeezy 950 provided a glimpse of the empire Yeezy would build as the design language of the boot would carry over. Built with ballistic nylon, rubber, premium suede, and an exaggerated rubber outsole brought it all together. In typical Yeezy fashion, a monochromatic color scheme completed the look.
The 7-hole boot retailed for $585. A price for the rumored 2023 retro has not been disclosed.
