Two-Tone Toe Box Scores “Opening Night” Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low

We’ve got a few things going on with the “Opening Night” Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low. Where should we start? To begin, like Mike in his early days, Jelly Bean Jr. will continue to use the first half of the season to promote a signature from the year before in new colorways.

Secondly, like Easter, Christmas, Black History Month, and All-Star, “Opening Night” is now a theme to tie to sneakers, already alluded to by the Nike KD 8, now the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low and likely the Nike LeBron 13 in due time.

And lastly, like Flyknits, Fiegs and a few other Kobe 10 Elite Lows, this pair sports a two-tone toe box. Perhaps the most important element of this new release, the model’s Flyknit foundation allows for a departure in hue atop all ten little piggies, transitioning from Court Purple to a pink leaning Vivid Purple pantone.

Set to be worn by the Black Mamba in perhaps the last season opener of his historic career, the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low “Opening Night” will launch on October 24th at select Nike Basketball accounts including Social Status. Check out detailed photos below.
