I have this exact pair. I brought them form 19.99 in 2003 at a Footlocker in Petersburg VA. The great thing about them is that I only wore them once. As a matter of fact I purchased a bunch of Dunks from that store between 2000-03. All were for 19.99 including a pair of Dunks that were black and grey like a Raiders jersey. I was wondering when you guys would mention the 1999 reissues.
