| Eminem is back…in a different way. At Nort/Recon last night, Eminem held a release party for his book labeled ???Eminem: The Way I Am???. Our good friends at Drew Reports were in attendance and captured some nice pics. However, the book is not the only news we’ve come across. Jordan Brand and Eminem are collaborating once again to design an exclusive style of Slim Shady’s favorite Jordan sneaker: the Air Jordan 2. If you recall, Nike and Eminem have teamed up in the past and created an exclusive Air Force One and a Nike Air Max 1.
Inspired by his book, this Air Jordan 2 contains a red, grey, and black upper; however, the craziest feature is the different hand-written Eminem lyrics on the ankle area and toe trim. 313 pairs are scheduled to be released. This number symbolizes the area code for Detroit, MI., Eminem’s hometown. The Marshall Mather???s Foundation, Eminem’s charity organization, will receive the proceeds from the sales of this sneaker.
