History, often times, comes at a cost. And in the case of the upcoming Nike Air Pressure Retro, that cost is quite steep.

When news hit the web yesterday that the late 80’s silhouette was set to retro for the first time ever, with original packaging and its famed pump apparatus, many wondered how much the nostalgic shoe would cost. Well, according to the NikeStore Twitter, that cost comes in at $300 USD.

The release will be offered exclusively through Nike’s SNKRS app and will not be available on Nike.com. A few premium Nike retailers (Dover Street Market being one of them) will carry the shoe but an official listing has not been announced.

Will you be picking up this $300 piece of history on January 14? Let us know after the jump.
