  The Nike Hyperdunk 2010 features Nike Basketball's best of the best of technology to create the ultimate basketball shoe. For stability the shoe features an injected molded TPU external heel counter keeps the foot stabilized over the footbed. The mesh tongue and forefoot dynamic-fit inner sleeve makes for breathability and a seamless, sock-like fit. Next-generation Flywire technology for lightweight support and comfort while perforations on the medial side and in the toe box for ventilation and comfort. The Nike Zoom unit in the heel and forefoot delivers responsive cushioning and comfort as well as the full-length lightweight injection Phylon midsole. The TPU shank plate provides midfoot rigidity and support while the lateral forefoot outrigger helps support and stabilize foot. A solid rubber outsole, segmented for flexibility, features a modified herringbone pattern for traction and durability. Lastly the flex grooves in the forefoot provide flexibility and a pivot point in the forefoot for stability.
