Adapting a tried and true concept for a colorway collection, ASICS enlists three of its best retro runners for the upcoming “CMYK” Pack. Cyan, magenta, yellow and key are all represented in the set, taking on the Gel Lyte III, GT-II and Gel Saga models. Unified by the use of tonal uppers set atop white midsoles, the pack plays up the monochromatic vibe with an assortment of one-toned kicks. Per info from 43einhalb, the ASICS “CMYK” Pack is scheduled to land at retailers on Saturday April 12, so until then check out the coinciding video up top.
ASICS Gel Saga
The ASICS Gel Saga brings all that the Gel Lyte III has to offer, and some. The shoe provides even greater cushioning with a beefier midsole packed with ASICS Gel. The shoe first debuted in the early 90's, but 20 years later is among the favorites of retro running shoes.

Whether you’re a lover or a hater, the latest ASICS production has something for you. Gearing up for Valentine’s Day in a couple of weeks, the ASICS “Lovers and Haters” Pack features two of the brand’s most significant silhouettes and places them in contrasting colors. Representing the lovers is a new red and white rendition of the ASICS Gel Saga, which uses simplistic color blocking with subtle detailing. A red mesh base and suede overlays join a lasered heel panel and white branding to create a clean combination. On the flip side, a black/red-gold version of the beloved ASICS Gel Lyte III represents the dark side of the holiday. Which side of the spectrum are you on? Tell us which colorway is your preference in the feedback box underneath, and make reservations for this release on February 1st.
