Tech’d up and blanked out, the adidas Springblade Razor is available now in a White/Metallic Silver colorway. The sharp lines of the Springblade get even sharper on this Razor rendition, replacing the TECHFIT tooling of the original with a SPRINTWEB shell. An icy color code wears well with spring attire, still harnessing the forward thinking design and performance elements that made the Springblade a talking point of 2013. The adidas Springblade Razor is on sale now in this White/Metallic Silver makeup and an array of men’s and women’s colorways at adidas.
Built for higher energy return, the adidas Springblade features individually tuned blades designed to propel runners. 16 blades are composed of a highly elastic, high tech polymer that is angled forward for high-energy return in any environment. In addition, each blade is tuned to provide support in each phase of a runner’s stride. The technology was tested by the adidas Innovation Team and is said to be seven times more temperature resistant than adidas models with a standard EVA midsole. The initial release for the adidas Springblade was on August 1st , 2013 for $180.

Paying tribute to Jeff Staple and his “Rain Camo” Kia Soul, Zhijun Wang revamps said styling on a custom pair of the adidas Springblade. Also pulling from the “Pigeon” palette, this pair places pinkish-orange hits on a mostly grey base. Rain camo print covers the majority of the upper, with Staple inspired tagging appearing on the tongue and toe box. Follow @zhijunwang on Instagram for all order inquiries.
