RAP - Rockwell x Alife x Patta Update
 Alife has just updated us with more photos and details of the upcoming “RAP” release. The three way collab will release tomorrow, April 29th, at Patta in Amsterdam and then on Saturday, May 3rd at Alife NYC, LA, and Vancouver as well as online at RockwellClothing.com. Like any Alife collab, it wouldn’t be complete without a matching T-shirt. For this set the rectangular logo that ties all three brand together hooks to the tongue of the Everybody Mid.
Photos posted after the jump illustrate the fine details that went into this shoe including logo placement, color balance, and material mixture. Of course the Alife Ballouts (neon joints) are timeless, but the Patta Gel Lytes were insane from last year. Overall I like Parra’s work, but I wasn’t feeling the Running Man Pack - the Amsterdams are another story though lol.
Besides these shoes being really nice looking and the color choices being on point, one can’t overlook that these three brands are at the top of their game when it comes to sneaker collabs. To have all three on one shoe/shirt is legendary in my mind. This trumps any Stash/Futura project by miles.

Im not too sure about that.
Although Im a fan of Parra, this one did not knock me over when I first saw it.
My personal favorite will remain the Asics.
But its starting to become clear that the first pictures of these shoes do not do them justice.
The presentation of the box, the tee, and the materials of the shoe won me over.
Im really feeling the graphics on the sole, and the innner lining, as well as the close ups of the materials.
A great Summer shoe. Id rock em with shorts.
