Premium Goods x Nike Zoom Kobe 1 Up Close
| Two days ago, we reported that the Premium Goods x Nike Zoom Kobe 1 took the top spot in Complex’s list of best sneakers of the past 5 years. For many, this was the first time of even hearing a bout this shoe. Thankfully, we were able to get some shots of one of the 24 pairs floating around.
The contest that 6 shops participated in was to created their own edition of the Zoom Kobe 1 that Kobe liked himself the most. All 6 groups got a small booklet about Kobe himself and his list of emotions. Clarence and Jen of Premium Goods chose energy, and modeled the shoe around this emotion. Energy can never be created nor destroyed, only earned. The gradient purple on the shoe takes the literalism of energy one step further that energy is infinite. On the side of the shoe what looks like 8’s turned on their side are yet another symbol of infinite power and agility Kobe posses. On the back of the shoe is the “Atomic Kobe” logo which yet again ties into the science of Kobe. These were the last Nike Zoom Kobe 1s made and will be the last to release. When will they be released, no date set? Only 24 pairs will be released. Expect the unexpected. |

These shoes look sweet and feelso nice in front of you… My buddy has a pair out of the 40-50 they made. A size 14 as for 24s shoe size.us Man i drooled over them hard!!! Sick to any1s shoe collection…
