Premium Goods 2 Year Anniversary Party Re-cap

Premium Good Houston 2 Year Party

Wow, what a celebration. Premium Goods from Houston, TX celebrated their 2 Year Anniversary last night (10/8) with an unforgetable event. With celebrity guests, a red carpet, and premium drinks provided by Belvedere Vodka, this will go down as one of the best sneaker parties ever.

First things first, the party included 300 of the coolest people I have ever met. People from all walks of life, of all different ages, but one common interest - sneakers. Everyone was wanting to talk to anyone and everyone making it a great social event.

The Premium Goods party had some great tunes as well. Bobbito Garcia, aka Kool Bob Love, was spinning on the ones and twos while several people were showing off their break dancing skills. Also, rappers Scarface and Houston’s own Bun B were in the building.

To finish off the night Premium had a contest for who was wearing the best sneakers at the event. Three lucky individuals got to walk away with more than just the goodie bag we got at the end of the event.

3rd place - Dustin won a $100 gift certificate the help the habit
2nd place - Nick won a watch by Johnny the Jeweler
1st place - Reggie took home the new LG Chocolate phone

All in all, it was an amazing event and one never to be forgotten. It was a great pleasure getting to meet alot of Houston’s sneakerheads as well as seeing everyone having a good time. It was also a great pleasure to meet alot of individuals who read Nice Kicks on a regular basis. Y’all have got me modivated to keep the news coming!

  15. Rob,

I was tempted to bring out my Texas Air Force Ones, but I knew the place was going to be PACKED and one mis-step and I would have been in tears, literally.

From the pics you can probably tell I was rockin the Greedy Genius Primos with a CLH “clouds over japan” jacket and a matching Houston fitted.

It was well worth the 400+ miles of driving that day to go to the event! I gotta make sure you can come down when we do something down in Houston.

I had to take that down because I wasn’t supposed to put those pics up yet :-P. Supposedly alot of the Nike sales reps hadn’t even seen those shoes yet.

Nemesis will be taking some better shots of them which we can repost in just a lil while. If your email address you left when you commented is correct they are going to be sent to your inbox ;-).
