2018 will hopefully be the year where the adidas UltraBOOST Mid is finally released in greater numbers. By in large, and with few exceptions, the model has only been available via collaboration – most famously with KITH. Next February, the Ultra Boost variation will again release in partnering form. This time with sustainable company Parley.
Adidas and Parley have worked side-by-side for a few years now, re-imaging Ultra Boost and EQT pairs with sustainable materials produced in efforts to eliminate plastic pollution waste. Their UltraBOOST Mid design is largely similar to past styles in white and light blue coloring that take its inspiration from water. Boost cushioning ensures comfort is at a premium for this model that drops in late winter.
