P-Rod 2 x Nike Zoom Moire “Free Rod”

If you haven’t noticed, Nike has been a big fan of hybrids lately. Take the upper of one, the sole of another, and you have a whole new look.

This is officially the first hybrid done by Nike SB. These have been nicknamed the “Free Rods” with a P-Rod 2 upper and a Zoom Moire sole.

In an interview with Crooked Tongues, Paul Rodriguez revealed that these were part of an SB collab project and that these will in fact release to the public. They are supposedly going to releasing this fall in limited numbers at select SB shops. Rodriguez also stated that this is the only SB Hybrid at the moment.
