When rumors first began to surface regarding Virgil Abloh’s wide-ranging collaboration with Nike, those reports claimed that an Air Jordan 3 was a part of his ten-piece offering. It isn’t (or at least it’s not releasing anytime soon). Those same reports failed to mention the implementation of Converse and its Chuck Taylor, which appeared today as a surprise addition to the “GHOSTING” collection.
“REVEALING” in its translucent upper, this Chuck is one of the more straight forward pairs in the set. Its clean and alluring see-thru aesthetic sees “VULCANIZED” at the traditional midsole tooling alongside other Abloh customary items like branded laces and Off-White zipcord.
Expect the release of the Off-White x Converse Chuck Taylor this November.
