Nike SB Dunks Purple Pigeon Patches
More than two years ago, 150 pigeons stirred up more sh*t on the Lower East Side than a flock could drop in a week. Those 150 culprits were the famous Nike SB Pigeon Dunks. Just thirty pairs were released at 5 stores that caused fights, hysteria, and the NYPD to get in the mix. It was so bad that the individuals who were lucky enough to score a pair were escorted out of the back of the store by police at some stores.
Nike SB dropped a beautiful colorway just a few months back immediately termed the “Purple Pigeons” by many due to its similarity in colorway to the notorious Pigeon Dunks. The only thing that was missing on the “Purple Pigeons” was the pigeon itself. Zahirjooma, who has been hooking up the sneaker community with Nike SB style laces and matching hoodies, had the great idea of making a “Purple Pigeon Patch” (try to say that 3 times). These patches are available for just $12 including shipping. He also has purple laces which Nike SB didn’t include in the box for $6 for a set. Get them here on eBay.
